Summer Reading Program

Our summer reading program for this year is Oceans of Possibilities! Join us for a summer filled with ocean themed story hours, crafts, prizes and more!

The summer reading challenge is for all ages and will kickoff on June 22. Please register with the library if you would like to participate in this. Every book read from June 22-July 27 will count as an entry into our grand prize drawings at the end of summer! More information will be provided upon registration.

Activities will be each Wednesday from June 22-July 27. Each activity will consist of a book reading and accompanying craft. Children 5 and under will meet at the library from 9:30am to 10:30am. Children 6 and older will meet from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Donation Policy

We are often asked about whether or not we take donations. The answer is yes. However, there are some criteria that need to be met before we will accept any donations. We ask that you contact the library before bringing any books in for donation. We are looking for hardcover books, good condition, published within the last 10 years, and not already part of the library’s current collection.
